I have been asked to remind you that when your players enter and play in the qualifying events for the Olympic Esports Week, your Federation will receive 50% of the entry fees generated by players registered in your country. Please take note of this and encourage your members to participate and enjoy the event! The more people from your NBO that play, the more you will receive!

Please be sure and advertise the event as widely as you can, using all the media resources you are able to – direct email, newsletters, social media – any way you can to get the information to your members so that they can join in.

I attach a copy of the Press Release I will be sending out later today that you can use to gain additional publicity. I am sending it both as a PDF and as the original Word file so that you can use it in any way you wish.
